PR and Recruitment Manager – AHO Pub Association
As PR and Recruitment Manager, I have a creative and strategic role focused on strengthening the pub’s visibility and engagement within the school. I am responsible for managing the pub’s Instagram account, including content creation, planning and publishing, as well as developing creative campaigns to promote events. We have also organized and carried out physical campaigns to recruit new members for the team.
An important part of my role involves developing graphic material such as posters and visual elements for events and the pub, which has given me experience in visual communication and the use of Adobe programs such as Photoshop and InDesign. Through this role, I have also had the opportunity to experiment with different design strategies, strengthening my skills in concept development and visual expression.
The work has provided valuable insight into project management and collaboration, as I am an active part of the pub board, contributing to the planning and execution of various projects.
